Prepainted Steel Coils Production Line

The annual output of our prepainted steel coils production line can reach 120,000 tons, the maximum process speed is 100m/min, and the speed of inlet and outlet is 120m/min, the thickness is from 0.2-1.0mm, the width from 1000-1250mm.

1. Technology and Equipment

Twice coating and baking technology is adopted, which is the most advanced steel plate coating technology. Vertical looper, precleaning, cleaning, roll coater and curing oven is the most advanced in China. The key equipments are imported from abroad, electric control system is the most advanced SIEMENS electric control system, and after-burning adopts Japanese technology, which saves energy and protects environment.

2. Product Category

(1)    Classified by the colors: more than 50 kinds, conventional color including sea blue, tephrosious, crimson, great wall gray and so on, special colors may according to customer requirements.

(2)    Classified by performance: ordinary building materials plate(CQ class), stamping galvanized plate(Dqclass) and structure color coated steel plate.

(3)    Classified by paints type:

Finish paint: polyester, high weatherability polyester and fluorocarbon finish paint.

Primer: polyurethane and epoxy primer.

Back paint: epoxy back paint and polyester back paint.

3. Process Flow

Raw material(galvanized steel coil)→uncoil→scrap end→suture→punching→press burr→pre spraying and cleaning with lye→pre brushing and washing with lye→hot water rinse→stoving→inlet looper(store steel band)→spraying and cleaning with lye→brushing and washing with lye→spraying and cleaning with lye→hot water rinse→hot water rinse→air drying of edge→hot air drying→chemical pretreatment→hot air stoving→primer coated→solidify primer coated→spray cooling→water quench cooling→hot air drying→fine coated→solidify fine coated→spray cooling→water quench cooling→hot air drying→outlet looper(store steel band)→surface inspection→segment sampling→coiling→weigh→package→finished coil.

4. Main application

Building: external installation materials for industry, commerce, residence and public buildings.

Building: internal installation materials, internal installation wall materials, ceiling materials and clapboard.

Building appendant: luffer boards, signboards, fuel oil/gas boiler, rice barrel, portable gas boiler and so on.

5. Category of prepainted steel coils

(1) The baseplate can be divided into cold rolling baseplate, hot galvanized baseplate, electric galvanized baseplate and plating al-zn baseplate, etc.

(2) The coating can be divided into polyester, silicone-modified polyester, fluorocarbon and plastisol.

(3) The color can be divided into many kinds according to customers’ requirements, such as sea blue, tephrosious, crimson, great wall gray, porcelain blue, reddish orange, ivory white, nutmeg green, sky blue, etc.
